This is a live recording of the Easter Vigil homily that Fr. Eric gave on April 19, 2025 at St. James in Colgan, Ontario. Due to a technical issue, there is only an audio recording of this version of the reflection.

Fr. Eric cites the Gospel stories of the Road to Emmaus (Lk 24:13-35) and the beheading of John the Baptist (Mk 6:14-29). As a key example, Fr. Eric refers to a film called "The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers" (2002). Spoiler alert.
